1.    Military experience is unique.

Service members learn leadership, accountability, and teamwork in an environment with higher stakes than their civilian counterparts. They work in diverse teams, have grit, and live by a code.

2.    Veterans strengthen communities.

When successfully reintegrated into their communities, veterans want to continue their service. If they lead by example, veterans can accomplish great things.

3.    Veterans are diverse.

There are heroes, criminals, and everything in between.  To us, every veteran is foremost a human capable of doing good in the world.

4.    This is about more than veterans.

We are rebuilding the American Dream to be just, sustainable, and inclusive.

5.    We can create and share economic value.

Something special happens when a small business recognizes the unique value of a veteran. Productivity increases, wages go up, and everyone is better off for the long-term. 

6.    Reintegration challenges are solvable.

We listen to veterans when they say their biggest challenges are income, skills, and purpose. The “Sea of Goodwill” is great, it’s just reactive and fragmented. Our solution is to pull others toward a simple, unified approach that starts with direct impact and human connection.
